Are you able to use a multimeter safely? If so, establish that you are getting a switched live at the boiler, then check you are getting a live signal at the main burner solonoid.

Did you have the problem before it was serviced? If you are confident that you have gas flow at the pilot and you can see the spark then gas is not getting within ignition range and is being deflected away. probably by dirt in the pilot jet. Or the spark electrode is not correctly positioned.
