Actually the pump sometimes makes some ratteling noise when works on high speed. Is there any ways to check if this is really faulty and if so is there any ways to fix it?

The problem is still there :x , well... I have not replaced the BV but removed the thermostat inside and blocked the cold water coming into it (now it works like straight connection!!). Now, I loose hot water in seconds and it seems that the water coming out of tank gets cold very rapidly...

It's not really easy to say if the temp changes in the tank because of the isolationa etc. but I would say if there is any changes, that will be very little. Kav
