    Are you saying this is normal? I usually clean the floor with damp cloth or sponge and if the floor is well covered with varnish, it does not affect the floor. But if any liquid drop goes onto light instalation (water from the cloth, spilled cup etc) I might be in problem.

    with brad nails not that easy... the head is wide and thick and it is a big problem to do it with nail punch. Unless there is shaped nail punch somewhere which I don't know about. Re screws, thank you.
