My problem is very common as per picture above. There is a ground loop current that is flowing. Earth at two separate places are not identical. Means they are not 0V at both places. Someone may have solved this problem.

Suddenly from this morning the boiler has stopped working. When I turn on hot water or central heating motor runs. But the boiler does not fire up. Gas valve makes a clicking sound like normally does. But the boiler does not fire up. Any advice would be highly appreciated.
