    The only 2 wires I took off were from the control box (the one with the red button, its the wire going directly down in the second pic), I thought I put them back in the same terminals, where should the temperature probes go?

    Yes chemically it is, but I didn't mean literally in that way. I think it aesthetically pleasing, there is no right and wrong in it. I prefer it to the a WB finished, there is no argument to be had here lol.

    Write to them and complain!! I did and got £200 of paint vouchers and an apology, its hardly a bandwagon, if you are not happy with a product or it is defective complain, its really no that difficult.
