Hi johnd no it's not. The roof addition is the bathroom wall, the floors of which seem ok. The skirkting's not flat on the floor as the walls aren't square - nothing alarming. the floor that's sinking is the front bedroom wall (if you know what I mean) with a boarded loft on top...
