    What size waste pipe to use?

    Hi All, I plan to run my sink waste 32mm pipe into my 40mm shower waste pipe using a reducer, then it will run into the main soil stack. Can i keep it in 40mm pipe or does it need to be enlarged to 50mm pipe? Thanks

    Moving Consumer unit.

    Hi My consumer unit is in the garage, just above the main incoming cable. I want to move my consumer unit over 3 metres from the main fuse (tails etc. What will i need to do this? and what size cable will i need to use, the consumer unit is a split 15 way both protected by RCBs. Thanks.

    Hi all, I am currently installing plastic 15mm pipe in the walls for my central heating. It will be clipped to the wall, i would like to know what is the best way to protect/cover the pipes. Is it better to use plastic clip trunking or just put normal pipe insulation around the pipes...

    Kitchen light switches off.

    Hi I have a kitchen light (a normal lamp holder) with an energy saving light bulb in it. The kitchen light switches on then after a few hours it switches its self off. I have checked for a loose conection in the switch and lamp holder, but can not find any. Any advice would help thanks.
