Intumescent Fire Pipe Collar.

Hi just after some information.
I need to put a 110mm soil pipe through a wall from the main house into the garage, the building inspector has told me it needs to be fire proofed. How many Pipe collars will i need? will i just need one on the wall that is in the garage or one on the inside wall as well? Thanks.

One on the garage side is the usual way of doing it.
