    forget electrics ! it will cost you £2k on a course and you will be in no position to rewire a circuit let alone a house, try tiling or plastering as you wont kill your self unless you fall of a ladder :lol:

    you need to notify building control as its notifiable and a statutory requirement you could use a outdoor flex clipped direct without extra mechanical protection but make it clipped in a position that will not allow impact from people and tools etc

    bit dot com ? need a new lining and was planning to build new wall with either 89 mm cls or 92 mm treated and 12.5 mm plaster board as thats what i have but the door linings seem to be 132 mm or 106 mm so nothing seems to fit with either 12.5 mm or 9.5 mm plasterboard any suggestions please

    dont know yet how many or long shortest boards are the boards have a rebate on under side and can be used with a clip that is thin and metal and sits on floor with two raised lugs that will slot in to rebate in order to create wider sections to i assume reduce "hinging"...

    what do you mean by underlayment? the floor is not cheap and varies in lenghts was going to glue first few rows and use clips then float the rest and finnish with a few rows of glue and clips again, would this work

    Hi all what is the best way to install real wood flooring (oak) on to tounge and groove floor boards if possible i would for ease float it like laminate but not sure if this is suitable method will be puting down an underlay as well thanks
