    Used something similar. Easy enough to use. Only time will tell if they last long only problem I found was it marks quite easy.

    Just to add a little more info, the neighbouring roof is asbestos corrugated, which is about 8 inches above the line of the flat roof then decreasing to about 8 inches below at the other end. The neighbouring wall is not rendered. The neighbours wall can't be touched i.e fixings.

    Unfortunately in this day and age people seem to think they have some sort of "entitlement" to life, so if it means if they have to work for it, they don't want it. Far easier to sponge and put it on loans or benefits.

    Narrow guttering

    Any ideas on this. Gap between two building is 93mm. Gutter is needed to be fixed as the flow of the roof is towards the neighbouring building. Any products or ideas? Thanks

    If you think about it though even if the angle is 2.5 degrees different between rafter and tile measurement its the difference between correct and incorrect, so I think what was measured would make a whole lot of difference.
