    Hotpoint dishwasher error??

That’s great Conny, thanks. I did see this earlier but I couldn’t understand why a control board would just suddenly go without any warning. It worked fine the wash before.

    Hotpoint dishwasher error??

I thought that and I’ve been Googling most of the day. I can’t find anything that relates to the fault.

    Hotpoint dishwasher error??

Good evening all. I have a hotpoint dishwasher model: hfc 2b19 uk and it’s recently stopped working. It seems the drain and the water is flowing but it just stops and 50°, 65°, 55° and 50° lights come on with both power and play button flashing. Does anyone have any idea what it could be??

    Gaps in flooring.

You can see then length of the run as the end must be under those units you can see in the kitchen. Will is still be ok to hit it?

    Gaps in flooring.

Good morning all, Gaps have began appearing in the floor we had fitted over 12 months ago. The floor has a very slight raise which I guess it can be expected. As I cannot move the board back, is there any fillers on the market that I can use to make the gap disappear? I’ve shown a pic of the...

    21st Century or not!!!

I’m I looking at the right thing? £240 for just the control panel and then around £60 each for the radiator thermostats? 4 bed rooms and 4 rooms down stairs, that’s going to be expensive.

    21st Century or not!!!

Hi muggles. Many thanks for your reply. I’m on a combo-system. Worcester-Bosch boiler. Just finished extending the house so shouldn’t require anymore. I was thinking of individual control for rooms as the new rooms that are well insulated get really warm where as the hall way (1930s house) is...

    21st Century or not!!!

Good morning all, I’m thinking of going WiFi control for my heating and just wondering which you would all recommend? I currently have a digital thermostat in my hallway which was wired into the boiler using 3c+e. I’m happy to spend a little bit extra to get all the features, if it’s worth...

    Compliance Certificate.

I'm pretty good at setting a price and sticking to it so I'll remember that if/when we come to sell. Another obvious question I can hear lots of diy electricians asking, including myself, is why bother paying for a spark in the first place if we could just do the work and say we "lost" the...

    Compliance Certificate.

Thanks John. So if I come to sell then they are not going to ask to see if it was done by a competent person? How do they know it's safe? I should be able to get hold of the electrician so I'll see how I get on.

Thanks for clearing that up so the next question is how do I get an EIC now it's been 12 months since completion?

    Toothbrush/shaver socket

I've used the shaver socket for years without any trouble. When you have a fault though and the toothbrush stops charging make sure you check if someone has plugged it into the 110v first before ripping apart the wiring to find a fault. Not that I'm talking from experience or anything.

This looks like that EIC you are referring to it's just taken nearly a year to et it!

    Compliance Certificate.

Good morning all, I had a lot of work done last summer and finally got the compliance certificate through the post yesterday but it seems a little vague. I've tried to attached a photo but for some reason this app isn't allowing it. Anyway, underneath where it says 'Description of Notifiable...

    Powered Amp recommendations.

Good morning all, When I've been renovating, I put TV points in all my rooms and just ran the cables to the attic (I've used PF100 coax). I'm now ready to connect up the main aerial. I've tried a passive splitter as I thought the signal would have been strong enough but it obviously isn't so...
