    Thanks but i did look at that. When i opened it up whoever fitted it CAKED all the parts in plumber mait. Ball cock screw was so ruaty it had no head. Had to saw the handle off haha

    Thanks. I could only tighten it one turn past hand tightening on either side. I did hear the cistern pull tighter though. Hopefully this will stop it, thanks

    I would add that the bolt set i got goes 1 bolt, 2 metal washer, 3 leather washer (thick thing), 4 cistern, 5 washer,6 bolt, 7 pan, 8 washer, 9 wingnut. The water is staying on wingnut then dripping off
