We done exactly this as you have said and never looked back the roof is now quite no noise of the rain lashing down cool in the summer warm in the winter we used 100mm celotex and 18mm chip to bring our floor up with wooden floor through the kitchen into the conservatory

If its hollow best to knock it of and start from brick you reckon or could i get away with some bits being hollow

Ok so if i go there today n its hollow shall i knock them off and fill with bonding n then skim the wall again

Yeah i let the first coat dry in then applied the second coat when pva was tacky but would it take that long to start cracking

Sorry ent got pictures but yes its all like spiders legs yes i used pva2 coats 2 layers of multi finish

No bonding coat was already there just cant get my head around as its never happened before

Ive recently re skimmed a wall for some one and the backing was bonding on brick its now about 2 months down the line and its started cracking do i need to hack it all off and start from scratch or will a skim with tape over the cracks be sufficient enough

Well i only have one drain in my garden so my sink waste n dishwasher and washing machine also my guttering all run into that one so for appearance as im doing my garden i would prefer them to go straight in to the ground
