i have a glowworm capricorn 240/6 back boiler and when the boiler stat is just off minimum my rads are hot 21c but my water is very hot.when its cold i turn up the stat(a third of the way round) as i have no room stat and the rads get hotter.but the water feels scolding.i am awaiting a zone...

i have hot to touch rads but they dont seem to produce much heat.also they take 40 mins to get hot any ideas please

please could someone shed some light on this.i have a back boiler which only has a stat on the fire/boiler.i have no room or cylinder stats.the trouble is as it is an old system to get the rads up to a half decent temp the water in the cylinder gets red hot.is ther anything that can be fitted in...
