Hi all, I bought a metal second hand light fitting (probably B&Q) and upon closer inspection, it seems the previous owner just cut off the 2nd Earth wire leaving a stubby useless end of wire. Any ideas on how to fix this and what the parts are called? Please see attached photos. No instructions...
