Hi after some advice on what would be best to solve the hairline cracks which keep appearing in our spare bedroom. I sanded them down the other year and filled but they've come back,i think i tried caulk last year.The worst is the spare bedroom where the crack goes the entire length of the wall...

Just waiting on some tap tails then I'll make the changes,next problem will be changing the old sink hoping it comes out okay as I don't fancy damaging the work surfaces

Went into 2 plumbers shops today and they kept asking why I needed the tap connectors  just connect the flexi up to the angled valve, just tighten it 1/4 at a time just give me the bloody adapters.... :mad: Managed to get them in the end had to go screwfix

Thanks for the help. Why would you use a tap tail adapter rather than just screwing it direct? Just wondering? Is it more secure?

Something like this? I'd be happy to angle it away from the bottom of the sink locking nut. I thought I needed full bore as it's on the mains...

Well we've water again waste pipes fitted back and no leaking. Just the cold flexi pipe which worries me I might call a plumber out to fit Copper tap tails for please of mind as I'm worried about coming downstairs in the morning to a flooded kitchen.

You can see the amount of room I've got to play with. I'm just using the old 400mm tap tails which don't look great. If this doesn't work I'm not sure what to do as the cold feed is still too high

Ive spare copper pipe but I don't really want to add anymore after the isolation valve as I'll struggle to get the tap to slot in. Tbh I wished they did 100mm flexible tap tails
