    I live in Liverpool and there is a store in Speke Retail Park and its the same!!!! :shock: i look at the boards and i cringe with amazement on how wrong these are set out !! Im a electrical tested by trade and it gets me down how they can show this bad information and get away with it!

    9.5 KW is about 40A therefore i would strongly recommend fitting a single module with a 30mA RCD complete with a 45A BS 60898 MCB ( This must have 10mm cable) BS88 or BS1361 cartridge fuses are not great for showers as the give no protection agains earth leakage :lol:

    i've been using the Robin 16th Edition Test Kit for years and had no problems at all, and i know people who have gone for the all in one option and been plagued with problems. I know there more expensive but go with reliability :)

    Can't Switch on RCD

    I know this is a long shot but check you haven't "Nicked" the cable when screwing the sockets and face plates back to the wall, i have done this and it was the smallest of " Nicks" but the RCD tripped everytime i turned the circuit on. :lol:
