    Countersunk screw going into plasterboard. I have bought a floating desk that I would like to attach to a plasterboard wall. It came with 8- 80mm screws with plugs. What would be the best plugs to use in this situation to improve the hold against the plasterboard. Thanks

    I did try the universal connecting sleeve handle then went to put it in and it hit metal so wouldn't go all the way through :( I am wondering what my options are now.

    The strap wrench did the trick and I was able to gain access. The screws were threaded and bent. New screws same size capped are still moving around. what would be the best way to sort this ? could I fill the screw hole with an epoxy based wood filler ?

    Hi the handle on my door is sagging/loose and I can't turn the circle cover on the handle to access the screws. I've tried using a jar opener gripper. Any ideas on how I can gain access I have a feeling the screws have come away from the wood. Thanks

    Thanks - I appreciate the need to get independent advice hence the reason for this post. Engineers I have reached out to quote for repairing the door have been reluctant to attend due to the type of mechanism and availability of parts. The door is wood rather than uPVC.
