Back panel installation for electric fire

The builder that did mine used tile cement and dotted and dabbed all over the back of the back panel and pushed into place, it stood in place for 10 years and was fine until i took it out last year.

warm water in cws tank and pumping out the overflow

I have narrowed this down and i'm confident it only feeds into the cws tank when the hot water is on, does this mean it's the cylinder? or possibly the cylinder stat?

warm water in cws tank and pumping out the overflow

I had the boiler checked out when we first moved in by a corgi registered plumber and he serviced it too and said all was ok. I may be miles off that the boiler is causing us both headaches, but it seems very strange as the kids are fine and its only us with the problem, this is why i want to...

Got a Rover 75 and the exhaust sounds as though its just developed a hole in it. Just managed to crawl under the car at the weekend and the exhaust looks like new? Went down to my local exhaust place today who talked in double dutch car language, but wanted to charge me over £400 for a...
