Just looked at BES 17527. I think we have something like that under the tub but I’ve been told the flow restriction was on the tap level, nothing to do with a value. I guess the best solution will be to get a plumber to remove the value from under the tub and see if there is anything there...

Hi yes sorry the isolation valve is under the bath tub. The previous owner suggested that something had been changed with the tap to reduce the flow of hot water. For reference, the cold water tap (on the same tap unit) works with perfect flow/pressure.
