I've just applied plaster primer to a bare plaster ceiling using a B& Q roller for smooth surfaces. The resulting coverage isn't very even. The B & Q roller is made of sponge, and doesn't look like the best quality. Question is, can I get a smoother finish by using a different/better quality roller?
