We charged about £2500 for a Worcester 24 Ri, re configure to Fully pumped and completely replaced all the controls. Plus magna clean, system flush and replace a few valves.

yep i did actually open the bypass fully, if its continues then i may swap auto bypass for a control valve / gate valve type. What price do you mean? For the whole job or the repair work?

Sorry you miss understood me, i meant 3 port air separator. There are 2 types one of which doesnt incorporate the feed. We normal use the myson one which has 4 connections. This time my supplier sent a different type. Sorry was not explaining it more clearly. Neil

ye, going to pipe it like that tomorrow. We always used airjec air seperators to connect vent, feed etc.. and never had any both but this one is a different one with only 3 ports. Well its going in the scrap bucket and back to basics

I may be wrong here but doesnt condensate only go down one section of the flue? Which leads to the condensate trap. The other leads directly to the combustion chamber. Is this right?
