iam wanting to install a strip light in my garage ive already got one cable going to the light at the moment. but i've looked at the strip light and its got two white wires going to a terminal block which ones live and which ones neutral or dosen't it matter. :?:

i have no space in my fusebox but it is protected by an rcd. can i spur of a socket and put 1 two gang socket and a couple of lights. is this ok? and what is the total of lights i can put in there?

could i add a florescent light in there as well

if you just want one socket and a pendet in a shed can you spur off a socket. i ask this because i have no free ways in the fuse board but the installation is protected by an rcd.
