Having troubles with our new and very noisy Stuart (can't remember second name of brand!) Showermate pump... Salamander pumps claim to be "whisper quiet" (mind you, can't help thinking it must be a stage whisper...). Would swapping one for the other make a big difference? I know shower pumps...

We are gutting our old and hideous primrose yellow 1970s bathroom. The bathroom suppliers have suggested moving things around so we can fit in a separate shower cubicle too. Everything looks fine, but it does mean that we would end up with a distance of only 435mm between the WC and the edge...
