    microbore sucks. Its too weak, use 15mm and if you put it in the wall wrap it in denso tape to protect it.

    i think you should run a 54mm gas pipe then reduce to 15 mm about 9.1548888mm from the boiler.

    If i was doing the job i would cut the cast iron out and re do the stack in plastic. I would leave it going through the roof. Plastic is easier to work with and gives you more options.     Very inaccessible nut on radiator

    Soil Stack Removal

    Hope your a strong boy with lots of time on your hands. My advice would be to tell your wife to get to the kitchen and then put a dust sheet down and smash the pipe with a heavy hammer. Within half an hour you will have removed the pipe cleaned up and will be on the couch with a beer in your hand.

    I have flushed the system cold then hot then with sentinel. So its been well flushed. Could debris still be in the system
