Hi guys is it ok to use caustic soda to clean up my driveway blocks. It hasn't been sealed yet after having it laid last autumn .

I have a blocked toilet that has affected the sink and bath and there is no water going down any pipes at the mo . I have tried plunging/squirting water into the pan, coat hangers ,squiggly wirey devices and the blockage won't shift even used caustic soda. Any other ideas ? Thanks
