The handle is stuck in the locked position, key turns in lock, however when pushing in the lock button to turn the handle, it remains stuck. I cant take the handle off, due to one of the screws being covered by the locked handle. Zarni

Help!! Everything appears to be working normal, it heats, washes, dries but still some of the pots and pans are still dirty or have a residue on them. salt and rinse aid are ok. Thnx Zarni.

Thnx for all the advice. It was a two fold problem. the Heater had failed, on removal completely covered in limescale, thermostat had been set to 75!!! The FCU also had an intermittent fault when switching. quick visit to Screwfix, £20 later, New Heater and FCU Job done :D :D...

the wiring in this house is quite old, hence the heater being wired into a fused socket. with elements being quite cheap, will it be easy to replace? Thnx for ur reply Zarni
