one i have i close valve, take out ,remove magnet and all debris drops off, i imagine i am getting all the sludge etc... out.

so it is not wise to fit a cleaner on he return , as i need valves to clean it.

i wonder if there is a drain off for boiler , it is heat only , the flow and return are at the top of the boiler. i want to put 2 isolation valves on the flow and return. i can drain the whole systen down , but there will still be water in the flow and return and dont want to get any water...

there is a garden it is my house the garage is a double

in the house we have electric cooker , shower , imeresion heater, lights , sockets i thought that was about the load allowed. just thought a new supply to garage would be better.

i am wanting a power supply in a garage , if possible i would like 3 phase. the garage is at the back of a row of terrace house . at the rear there is an alleyway with lamposts, would the electric board be able to come from that source as it is only a couple of meters away. thanks

building control as ok it i have to dig under and each side concrete blocks , lintels and cast concrete over it. he said it was using common sense as the footings were already in. there is no drawing of the drains either. he was very fair and said most people would have not brought it up...

the one 2 doors up goes into the drain before my house and flows towards mine. his was built about 8 years ago. i have spoke with him and he said they did not fid any drains when doing footings , and he was pretty sure at the time their were no drawing or knowledge about the wereabouts of...

it runs north to south about 1.4 (nearly center) and the footins are 3m by 3m

the sewer runs right through the middle. i have informed building control, and they are comming out tomorrow. i as hoping someone had been in this postion before and found a soulution. then i was going to put it to them. the footings have steel bars in them for extra strength .

and the drain servers all the terrace houses i am secound from the end.
