1 cold rad

ive got one rad that stays cold
if i turn down the other ones it will get hot then
i have to adjust the others again

have i got an air lock or could it be the pump isnt
man enough to run them all
the system was new last year its a jaguar 28kw combi boiler
the rads are not new ,could they need flushing or somthing

any help would be appreciated

how do i go about that

close the rads nearest to the boiler down to 1/4 turn on the locksheild the further from the boiler the more you open them not the ideal way to do it but its sunday and the old mans had a gauge
