make sure pump is turned off if that doesn't work the vent point is blocked (common on warmastyle rads.To cure turn off both rad valves then remove the vent point prick a small needle through the hole (you may get a large hiss straight away as there may be a small amount of pressure then replace the vent (nearly shut) & open one of the valves when rad is full of water tighten vent & turn on other valve
