1 radiator keeps going off

I have one radiator that went off a few years ago and someone on here told me to turn all the rest of the rads off then they would start the other one heating up . This worked well but the problem has came back and now it seems im doing it every month , do i need a new radiator ?

Is the offending rad the furthest from the boiler?

It possibly isn't balanced very well, your pump may need turned up a speed too.
