Looking for 100% Silicone - Clear

Read from YT for mixing a waterproof coating for a canvas cover.

Cannot find any 100% silicone listed in UK

Searched the regular online stores, but none listed as 100% silicone.

Any suggestions please of the next best for mixing with Low Odour White Spirit's, for brushing onto the canvas

Yes for the amount needed, very expensive compared to DIY

Looking on the US sites, 100% silicone appears to be a brand name. The specs say it’s RTV100 based.
Am I correct in thinking a glazing/frame sealant is an equivalent or a silicone based adhesive ?

I think food or medical grade sealant may be what you are looking for. I can't imaging what you would disolve it in though. for example
