100 year old quarry tiles

I have 100 year old quarry tiles throughout the ground floor of my current project. Sadly they are beyond cleaning up and outside the design scheme but I don't want to pull them up. What do I need to put over them in order to attain a damp proof, warm surface to lay laminate?

Anyone help?
