100mm waste outlet to 110mm pan connector?!

We are replacing the toilet - it needs an extendable pan connector, which is the right length, but how do we get it from 110mm to 100mm? I've had a look at Screwfix and on Plumbcenter website to find a reducer or adapter, but I can't find one? Am I searching for the wrong thing?!

Thank you! My next problem, the toilet is 80mm!! Those are for 97-107mm - is that the outside or inside of the back of pan?!
