105 he diverter change advice please.

Gents some questions. Does the left hand side of the boiler casing need to come off? Do the rubber heat ex seals need to be changed? Are the sealing washers fibre or rubber? I am preparing to change one, any advice welcome.

No ,no, and fibre.
Also rubber o-seal on by-pass at rear.
