Hi, Can I use a 110mm soil pipe over a 2m length attached to a neff chimney type extractor, to vent to outside?

My concern is temperature, and potential grease build up?

The pipe will be layed between the first floor joists, effectively in the ceiling, so I won't have any access to it once installed.

Thanks.

Grease filter should prevent grease problem , though if it gets greasy the fact it's plastic will make little difference.Should not get hot if installed correctly ,[the fan body in your hood is plastic?] plastic ducting is already sold for use in kitchen extraction, I prefer metal pipe or hose where possible.
