15mm motorised valve

Never seen one either, but seen plenty with 22-15mm reduscers fitted so they go on to 15mm pipework
 
I think it is part number V4043C1156 for a 1/2" BSP type.

There's no end switches on these.

Probably better off getting the 22mm and bushing down as suggested earlier.
