I've got to run a 16mm swa cable from the meter one side of a house to the other. 13m in total. I will need to go up the cavity one metre and then try and bend it under the floorboards. Anytips as it doesn't look very bendable. I don't really want to end up kinking it just incase it damages it.

16mm 3 core is surprisingly bendable..
don't worry about it..

if you're worried about it then try the end before you pull it in..

It takes some damaging too.

You might want to try split con in future.

bending and pulling it across the corner of a brick might do it though..

it would only be exterior damage to the outer sheath though..

try and put something over the brick edges.. even if it's a rag or leather glove etc..

16mm should be ok to install but trim any sharp edges of brick etc to make your life a little easier.

300 or 400mm is a little more challenging ;)
