17mm 1970 imperial 3/8” pipe fittings

Hi,
I managed to damage a 17.3mm plastic pipe when lifting T&G flooring. Can anyone confirm if the 3/8” Imperial ABS pipe fittings are still available and where I could purchase the straight socket? Online they only seem to show 1/2” and above?
Not 100% sure if the pipe is ABS but may be PVC-U so would be helpful to be able to locate a straight socket for that as well.
I realise the two materials use different types is Solvent.
I would use the Philmac UTC 15-21mm, however, space is limited and the PhilMac UTC is 52mm diameter so may not fit. Also not a easy task to replace the complete pipe.

Look for polyorc 3/8 x 15mm adaptors they come with a insert.
