any chance someone could give me the link to look at the 17th edition changes?

plus do you think they will issue an ammendment to place ion the 16th or will they make you pay for a new book?

Link now passed the deadline. You had until end of Feb, I think.

i just wanted to see what the changes were that was the main reason and in reply to £50 whats the problem, i agree its not much money but again its another way of stinging those who adhere to all the regs as always!

The stuff I linked to above is the draft for public comment, it is not a live document yet, you'll still have to fork out £50 when the official version is released.

It isn't meant to be accessable according to the documentation, they'll probably kill the link on Monday morning or whenever they realise that it has gone overdue.
