House is from the 1950s. The soil stub coming through the wall sits noticeably lower than the outlet on my pan.
I was running a rigid 40mm offset connector and it blocked repeatedly. When it blocked it always cleared right at the connector itself, never further down, so I don't think the underground run is the problem.
I've since pulled the pan away from the wall and put a flexi concertina connector on, which stops the blockages but looks like the bodge it is. The original pan sat about 130mm from the wall, so there isn't room to build a proper drop with two 45s and keep it there.
Two questions:
1. Does anyone know of a close-coupled or back-to-wall pan with a genuinely low outlet centre height?
2. Or would I be better off cutting the stub out and reconnecting to the stack at a higher level? The stack is internal (2 storey extension on what was the back wall).
