2 cold radiators

I have 2 cold radiators, 1 up 1 down both furthest from combi boiler, all others work fine. I have tried bleeding but no air comes out. I have thermostats on one end and another valve on the other side, what is this for, can I fix this? I have no plumbing experience.

other valve is a locksheild used to balance the system

try turning the hot ones down

or it could well be the trvs are stuck closed

thanks for that quick reply, should I not touch the lockshield? should they be open or closed?

if the rads are at the end of the run leave them open

thanks Kevplum, both rads are now working, the thermostats were stuck in the off position. thanks to you I have saved a couple of quid and I feel great having fixed it myself.
