2 week old skim plaster-microporous paint or not?

There will be few people that know "Rich matt" should not be used in this situation.

I was one of them and i've been decorating forever.

Well ive never heard of that either..what is rich matt anyway?..obviouslt a retail paint of some sorts, theres normally a trade equiv

In my opinion, you are best over coating supermatt with Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt and thin down first coat of Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt with 20% water. Then apply a new second coat but only thinned down by 10% water this time.
