Hi
Our front door was replace in Jan 2019. It's fine since then, but last week or so we've been having trouble closing it, it doesn't click shut on the latch.

Had a look and it's looking bowed in. The top and bottom of the door sit further into the frame than the centre, so it's slightly curved top to bottom. The bit the latch slots into is adjusted as much as possible so I can't adjust it this way. Any thoughts? You really have to give it a good push to shut it properly now and if it gets any worse the latch won't be able to engage at all.

Thanks

Enough room at handle to slot car key in when shut.

No room to slot in key top or bottom.

Hello there,

Was your composite door installed by a professional business?? A Double Glazing Company who installs
windows & doors. If so !! Don't you have a 10 year Guarantee/Warranty on the door?? I had windows &
a Composite Door installed in 2009 & Got a FENSA Certificate with the whole installation.
