On that basis, there should be no problems with leaving kids there until, what, 9.00 at night? That alright for you?
3:30pm is alright with me.
It’s not. I run a training centre. When I close up, they go home and NOBODY can make me keep students past my closing time.
What law would that be then?
UK law. A child who is enrolled at a school must attend. That child is under the care of the teachers the whole time they are on the premises during school hours and not just during lessons.. They are effectively child minders boyo.

No. They are taken back when the session finishes. Just the same as school really.
