Hi
I am looking at buying a smd workstation from ebay
its input voltage is 220 volts 175 watts.
would this be ok to use on the uk supply 240 / 230 volts.
thanks
The UK supply voltage is 230V nominal with a tolerance of -6%, +10%, ie a range of 216.2 - 253V.
Most mains connected equipment also has a supply tolerance so you should be OK.
I assume this device works on a supply frequency of 50 Hz ?
