Would really appreciate some advice please. I have seen an Electric Iron that I want to purchase but it is only advertised as 120V/230V. Would this Iron work in the UK.
Yes, it will be fine. It sounds as though it's one of those travel irons which is switchable for use in both 110-120V countries and 220-240V countries. You'll just need to make sure that it's set for the latter for use in the U.K.
