24kw biasi riva enough for a 3 bed semi

I was just looking at the cheaper side of the market for boilers as i dont plan to be in the house long and the boiler should be fine for the central heating side,but unsure on the hw front.
I live on my own and one bathroom,no on-suite and just one hot tap downstairs.Will be running a thermostatic mixing shower tho.Cold mains is good.
Any personal experiences?

As you say, lower end of boiler range.....but more than adequate for your needs and fairly reliable.
