I am going to buy a Crosswater thermostatic shower valve mixer to replace an old valve in my ensuite.
The technical data I have on the valve states it has 3/4" BSP connections for input and output. However my pipework feeding the valve is 1/2".
I am assuming I can just plumb it using 1/2"-3/4" reducers (or expanders in this case)?
Will it have an adverse effect on the operating pressure of the valve - which incidentally says it's suitable for low and high pressure systems?
Cheers
