3/8 flush valve - how do i connect to 15mm pipe

Hi

HELP!

Does anyone know how I connect a 3/8" flush valve to 15mm pipe? I can only find 1/2 or 3/4 tap connectors. Any idea's as I'm desperate.....

Assuming you mean float/fill valve...
You can get an adaptor to convert from 3/8 to 15mm
